1. This is an Agreement.

This agreement is between you and National and its affiliates. This agreement governs your use of the National websites accessible at www.nationalautofinance.com.

National offers the National website to you subject to your acceptance of this agreement without change. If you use the National website, it means you accept this agreement.

2. No Warranty.

National does not (i) warrant or guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any information available from the National website; or (ii) make any other warranty with respect to the National website.

National provides the National website "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." The entire risk of the quality, performance, and accuracy of the National website is on you.

National disclaims all implied warranties of title, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Liability Limitation.

National will not be liable to you for lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages related to this agreement or the National website.

4. Information About You.

You certify that any information that you submit to National while using the National website is accurate and complete. You will update us with any changes to this information, if necessary.

Information you submit or National collects related to your use of the National website will be handled as described in the National Online Privacy Policies posted on the National website.

5. Copyright and Trademarks.

The following notices apply to the National website:

6. Unlawful or Harmful Use of the National Website.

You will not use the National website in any way that:

Is unlawful;
Harms National;
Impairs any National website (or the networks connected to any National website); or
Interferes with any other party's use and enjoyment of the National website.

National has sole discretion to decide whether you have done any of these things.

You will only access or try to access password protected areas of the National website if National provides you a password giving you access to that area. Otherwise, you will not access or try to access password protected, secure, or non-public areas of the National website without National’s written permission.

This agreement does not change any other agreements between you and National. If any terms of this agreement conflict with the terms of another agreement between you and National, then the terms of the other agreement control.

A particular National website may also contain additional terms or notices that govern the use of that website. If any terms of this agreement conflict with any terms or notices of a particular National website, then the terms or notices of the particular National website control.

You agree to review and follow all notices and instructions on the National website.

10. Changes to the National Website and this Agreement.

National may change the National website (including deleting features) in any way, at any time, and for any reason.

National may change this agreement by posting a revised version of it on the National website, by posting additional terms elsewhere on the National website, or through any other method the law permits. You will regularly review this agreement and the National website for changes or additional terms. If you use the National website after the effective date of such changes or additional terms, it means you agree to the changes or additional terms.

11. Applicable Law.

United States federal law and Florida law (excluding choice of law principles) apply to this agreement.

12. What Happens if Part of this Agreement is Invalid.

If any part of this agreement is invalid, all other parts stay valid.

13. Restricting Access.

National may suspend your access to all or any part of the National website at any time and for any reason.

14. Ending this Agreement.

National may end this agreement at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. If this agreement ends, you no longer have the right to use the National website, but the following sections of this agreement will still apply:

Section 2 - No Warranty;
Section 3 - Liability Limitation;
Section 5 - Copyright and Trademarks;
Section 11 - Applicable Law; and
Section 12 - What Happens if Part of this Agreement is Invalid.
